LIMCAF

Life in my city art festival (LIMCAF) Commenced in 2007 to encourage artistic creativity and empower aspiring young artists, male and female including persons with disablity.
LIMCAF is the largest and longest running annual art festival in Nigeria, featuring exhibitions, lectures and workshops.
LIMCAF has been a platform for discovering young artists and a springboard into professionalism, promoting advocacy for social issues such as gender equity and domestic violence

THEME: HUMANISM

What are the qualites that makes us humans?.
It demands the spirit of altruism and a determination in pursuit of the common good in all, it demands that we take our destiny in our hands by truely being human in our relationship to one another and the environment.

ELIGIBILITY

The festival competition is open to all artists who will not be more than 35years of age on the 26th of October 2024
and who have been residing/studying/working in Nigeria for at least 5years prior.
New Category has been added. Specifically for female artists, persons with disability and younger artists.

REGIONAL EXHIBITIONS

Applicants whose works are selected from the online entries will be notified and invited to submit actual works to the Exhibition Center nearest to them. Contact the Secretariat for details
